It is a free web based service that connects through the cloud to a particular printer. A distinctive email address is assigned by the HP ePrint Center for your printer, which then accepts email attachments to print. This comes in handy especially when you are travelling and have to print an important document to the personal printer located at a different place.

- Connect the Windows 10 device and your printer to the same internet connection using a wired or a wireless connection

Connecting the Windows device to the HP Printer
The following Windows Operating systems are supported by HP printers:
Windows XP, 10, 8, 8.1, 7 and Vista
You can use either the Ethernet or wireless network options to connect the HP printer to the network.
The Windows built-in solution helps in connecting the HP printer to the operating system. All latest Windows versions already have a printer driver embedded into them. Alternatively, you can also download the driver from 123.hp.com/setup.
On the Windows PC:
- Go to the ‘Search’ bar and click on ‘Start’
- Enter ‘Change Device Installation’ in the search field
- As the window opens, click on the option that lets you update automatically
- Save all the changes
- Click on the ‘Start’ icon and in the ‘Search’ bar enter ‘Add Printer’
- A message will be displayed asking you to for the printer model that you wish to install
- Select ‘Add a wireless or Bluetooth printer’ if you wish to connect to the network
- Click ‘Next’ after you choose ‘Use an existing port’
- Add a local printer if you are connecting through the USB
- After printer name selection click on ‘Next’
- Install the printer driver from the new window that opens
- In the Windows ‘Update’ tab, you will get a list of the names of printer manufacturers
- From here select ‘HP’

Get your printer on to the network using the USB or Ethernet or even wirelessly
On your MAC computer:
- Attach the USB to the printer and the MAC
- Use wired or wireless methods to connect them to the internet
- Select ‘Software Update’ in the Apple Menu or ‘About this MAC’ for software updates and then click on ‘Install’
- Select ‘System Preferences’ under the Apple Menu and under the ‘Hardware’ section choose ‘Print and Fax’
- To remove the printer by click on the ‘-‘sign
- Now, add it by clicking on the ‘+’ sign and then choose ‘Add Printer or Scanner’
- From the list, select the new printer name and then click on ‘Continue’
- Select ‘Add Printer or Scanner’ from the ‘+’ sign and choose your new printer name when it appears and select ‘Continue’
- Then select your printer name from the ‘Print Using’ box and from Apple download the printer software
- Now, printing, scanning and faxing is enabled on the printer
Connect both devices the smartphone and the printer across the same internet connection.
On your iDevice:
Click on the object that you want to print and click on the ‘Share’ icon
To add your printer select the ‘+’ sign and then touch ‘Print’ for an output
On the Android:
From the Google store download ‘HP Print Service’
Identify the object you want to print and select the ‘Menu’ option
Click on ‘Print’, change ‘Settings’ and finally, click on ‘Print’ again
Windows 8 OS:
To print an object, select it first and then go to the right side of the screen
Select the ‘Devices’ icon from the list and choose your printer name
Hit on ‘Print’ and change any settings, if necessary and select ‘Print’ to confirm your choices
Kindle Fire:
From the Amazon App Store, download and install the HP Print plug in
Choose the object that you wish to print and click on the ‘Menu’
Here again, tap on ‘Print’, modify your settings, if required and confirm your selection by hitting ‘Print’ again
